Survivor Support and Case Management

  • Provide direct support to GBV survivors, including psychosocial support and legal assistance.
  • Establish and maintain confidential case management systems for tracking GBV cases.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Gender Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in GBV programming, with a focus on prevention and response. Experience working in community-based projects is an asset.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of GBV principles, best practices, and legal frameworks.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to engage and mobilize diverse community members.
    • Proficiency in providing psychosocial support and case management.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to conduct training and capacity-building activities.
    • Knowledge of local languages and cultural contexts is an advantage
