Key Responsibilities

Personal Care Support

• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks, including grooming and hygiene.
• Provide meal preparation and household assistance.
• Ensure clients’ comfort and well-being at all times.

Community Engagement

• Support clients in maintaining independence by accompanying them on outings.
• Assist with shopping, appointments, and social interactions.

Collaboration and Reporting

• Work closely with the care team to ensure quality service.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes as necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability Support.
• Previous experience in aged care or a similar role (preferred).
• Valid police check and the right to work in Australia.
