Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care to clients in community settings, ensuring the highest standard of nursing practice.
- Triaging and emergency response: Respond to urgent medical needs and triage clients effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Outreach services: Conduct home visits and community health assessments to ensure that residents receive the care they need.
